Roland Lina

Roland Lina is one of Harcourts top salespeople.

Rolands background as Automotive Engineer created openings into the oil exploration industry where he worked on many of the commercial oil discoveries in the region. He moved on to become a welder during the "Think Big" era and the construction of the Motunui synthetic fuel plant before heading overseas & working in continental Europe. It was there while working for a one of the worlds largest multi national computer companies that he gained a lifetime of new skills and experience. Upon his return to New Plymouth 6 years later, Roland joined Harcourts and applied many of the new ideas and techniques he learnt abroad. He achieved top 5% salesperson nationally within the first 3 months and has never looked back.

Today, 14 years on with over $100,000,000 in residential sales behind him, Roland is married with 2 young daughters. Roland is still actively marketing and selling residential real estate in all price ranges and with his expertise in Auction, he specialises in Auction Marketing.
