Kerry prides herself on offering confidential, personalised, fast and friendly service, drawing on her experience in all sides of the mortgage process. A registered mortgage broker with the New Zealand Professional Advisors Association, Kerry was also a successful estate agent in the UK in the early 1990s. But it was working as a lending manager for a finance company that was the turning point for Kerry. "I had been a manager approving applications," she recalls, "and I realised that my passion was for dealing with people face-to-face. I found that more exciting, helping people by finding a suitable mortgage they understand, rather than just signing off an application." "I talk to clients about lending criteria, the best repayment options and how much they can borrow. We can give them a conditional pre-approval which makes it easier for them to bid at auctions with confidence and avoids stressful bank interviews."
