Kerry prides herself on offering confidential, personalised, fast and friendly service, drawing on her experience in all sides of the mortgage process.

A registered mortgage broker with the New Zealand Professional Advisors Association, Kerry was also a successful estate agent in the UK in the early 1990s. But it was working as a lending manager for a finance company that was the turning point for Kerry. "I had been a manager approving applications," she recalls, "and I realised that my passion was for dealing with people face-to-face. I found that more exciting, helping people by finding a suitable mortgage they understand, rather than just signing off an application."

Tracey has returned to Mortgage Express after having her second child in January 2010. Tracey has a wealth of lending experience having worked in the banking industry for 9 years and has been a Mortgage Broker for 5 years. Tracey works part time on a Monday and a Friday.
